Key Features

  • Administration and Client-side:
    • The system provides a data source for the client portal. User authentication is secured by OAuth 2.0 provided by the system.
  • Integration with external portals - the system is integrated with external portals (via REST API), such as:
    • Google Drive;
    • ARES - e.g., when creating a company, the system retrieves basic information about the company based on its ID;
    • Google Maps - e.g., for companies, the system retrieves detailed information about the company's address;
    • Portal for electronic document signing, etc.
  • Templates and Document Generation - The system is connected to Google Drive and allows PDF document generation based on pre-prepared templates. Due to the large number of contracts (in the order of hundreds), it was more convenient to edit templates for documents directly on Google Drive.
  • Electronic Document Signing - After generating a PDF file, the document can be digitally signed with certification using a third-party application, and the final signed document is stored in the system. The entire signing process is automatically managed by the system, and upon request, it collaborates with a third-party application designed for document signing, and then the documents are digitally signed.
  • Logging of user data and activities - the system logs performed changes, which are then available for users to view (with appropriate permissions). Logged data includes, for example: time of change, original and changed value, name of the user who made the change.
  • Setting user permissions based on their roles - the system allows the creation of user accounts and assigning roles to them (e.g., administrator, salesman, etc.). Each role has different permissions; based on the role, the user has the right to see only a certain type of data. 2FA is used for login. For security and transparency, the system also records user activities.
  • Automatic checks, data generation, system calculations - In the system, users can create a variety of financial products and create contracts for them using forms. The system automatically performs actions based on the type and status of the product, including generating payment schedules for products, automatically recalculating the amount in the selected currency based on exchange rates, checking if the required quantity of a product is available, etc.
  • Bulk data modifications.
