Templates in Systembaker are used for generating:
Creation of user-defined templates, based on which documents and emails can be generated.
Generating Not Just Documents and Emails
- Documents in various formats: form-based PDFs, DOCX (similar to mail merge in Word), HTML;
- Automatically sent emails (e.g., for email notification about a new request, impending task completion date);
- They can also be used to set specific views on screens;
- Users create a template according to their needs - they define the content and appearance of the resulting document (e.g., templates for contracts, acceptance protocols, orders, invoices, employment contracts);
- Template creation is available in both classic mode, where the user works in a WYSIWYG editor, and in expert mode, where the user creates a template in a template language for greater flexibility and more options;
- The user can immediately preview the created template during creation;
- Documents can also be generated based on a Word document and a form-based PDF.
